Are you smarter than a Kindergardener?

Well lets see, Using the logic of a kinder student, answer the questions below.

What is 4 with two zero's behind it?
Kyla's answer... Four Hundred.

What is 3 with two zero's behind it?
Kyla's answer... Three Hundred.

What is 2 with two zero's behind it?
Kyla's answer... Two Hundred.

What is 1 with two zero's behind it?
Kyla's answer... One Hundred.

What is two zero's?
Kyla's answer.....Hundred.

Kyla is really getting into math and is always giving me questions to answer. I like her logic to her questions and answers above.

a misunderstanding

So we in our home have been fairly fortunate as far as the stomach flu goes. Kyla has been the only one of our kids who have had the stomach flu, and that was just before Breven was born. Yesterday, Breven and I, ate something bad, and both got food poisoning. We were both up all night feeling awful. Breven, who has only seen me throw up when I was pregnant started wondering when he was going to have a baby. Poor kid is very confused, and very sick :(

First steps!

Yea! ( I think it's exciting anyway it may turn into trouble)
Rebecca Lynn took her very first three steps by herself today.
She is 10 months old now, she will be 11 months on the 21st. Wow, we may have a walker here pretty soon!
I guess the baby safe level of our house has just moved up a bit.

A word from Brev

The conversation goes like this.....

"Wow Brev you have a lot of bruises on your leg!"

(We are comparing legs and our bruises.)

"Bra ses? what are Brases?"

"Bruises......they are all the little brown spots on your leg" ( he has 7 on one leg from his knee to his ankle)

"Oh, and do you only have one Bra?"

"Bruise....." I try to get him to say as I try not to laugh " no, that is an ingrown hair on my knee."

" Oh.... did it come from a ingrow? Mommy what's an ingrow? Is that like a bee?"
