It's A GIRL

So surprise, no boy for Andrew, he really isn't that disappointed though. WE are having a GIRL! yea! We already have a name for her, one we have actually liked since we got married and for me even before that. Her name will be Rebecca Lynn Eddington, named after a few great people. I can feel her kicking now and she is very active. It was fun to see her on the ultrasound because she was kicking more than either of our other two kids. she was moving around so much I am surprised there isn't more than one, there were so many appendages moving everywhere. (but we are just having one) For a moment we thought we might be having two, because my HCG count was so high. So all is well in Eddington land, Hey Happy New Year!

Boys playing House

Andrew is leaning slightly toward the hopes of this next baby being a boy, so that Breven will grow up to be manly. You know and not grow taking after his sister in barbies, tea, playing house and etc. I had to smile at the thought today because as I was cooking dinner I hear Kyla and Brev in the play room playing house. Kyla's Baby is crying and I hear her explaining to Breven that he/she/it need to be held, rocked, kissed and etc. Then I hear Breven pretending to cry for his baby and smile because I know if Andrew heard this he would begin his correction process immediately. I had to take a peek to see what "baby" Breven had chosen. As I looked into the room Breven holds up what he is rocking. It is a car he is holding, rocking and having it pretend to cry. He then explains "It crashed into a wall, Mommy." I laugh because I can see in my mind exactly how it has been crashed, run over, flipped, stepped on, fallen off great heights, and basically destroyed, (I have seen him do it before). And I suppose boy or girl, if I was his car, I would cry too.

You see Boys can play house too.

UGH pregnancy should be easier!

Well we are about 16 weeks along now, or four months, and I am still not feeling too well. I am still hoping to get back to my starting weight since during my third month I lost a total of 15 lbs. in a little over a week. Morning sickness and me just don't get along. With my weight going up and down i still have about 10 lbs to gain back right now to get to my starting weight. I have a feeling I will still be sick for a while.
But life goes on. Kyla is excited for her first dance recital! I wonder how she will do. She isn't really the type to just dance around if people are watching. But she loves to dance, even in the same room, if people just don't look at her. So we watch from the corner of our eyes. She loves dance and is doing well in school. (in some areas) She really is great at writing and coloring. and she loves the interacting with her friends. Her favorite compliment is when you tell her she is a good big sister and she will be a great big sister to her new baby. She is soooooo excited to have her new playmate! And doesn't seem to mind that it will take a while.
Breven is such a little boy, the difference between the two is amazing. He had a great saying now, "hey,I an idea, howbout maybr we can .............., is that a good idea?" And you have to answer or else he will keep repeating it until you respond.
Andrew's girls are of corse winning. They just won state meet!
sorry long post will write more later
