200 lbs of apples
So I know I have told you about my other baby. Well yesterday it was my turn to can with my partner. We ended up with 200 lbs of apples to make into apple sauce. We ended up makeing over 100 jars of apple sauce. We started at 9:00 a.m. and ended about 8:30 p.m. But we got it all done in one day! I wasn't looking forward to setting up and cleaning up more than once. So I was glad that we didn't have to. But now i'm done for a while.

WOW!!!! That is a lot of applesauce. That is good though that you only had to set up and clean up once, but that did make for a long day. I am sure your feet were killing you by the end of the day. Just be glad that you aren't 40 weeks and have that extra 20 pounds on you (unless it is in my case and it is an extra 45 pounds). Great job!!
Too bad you can't keep it all...it'd make wonderful christmas presents...OH, YEAH IT WOULD...thanks for the idea :) lol. Oh, and where did you get the apples/what kind did you get?
